Hi! I'm Gabrielle, and I'm glad you're here.

As someone who has struggled with body image, yo-yo dieting, and the battle with macro-tracking, I've navigated the complexities of diet culture and seen firsthand how it can undermine both mental and physical health.

I am a passionate advocate for complete well-being, grounded in both academic expertise and personal experience. I'm a PhD and Certified Health Coach with over a decade of experience in health coaching, writing, and public speaking on topics related to nutrition, gut health, and sustainable wellness practices. 

I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to my work. My mission is to help people build a balanced, satisfying relationship with food that supports their overall well-being.
